PROGRAM:
– WODs for the week ahead available each Friday afternoon with 3 Options:
> HomeWOD : For those that have more equipment and gym set up at home
> Minimal Equipment : minimal equipment at home
> Body Weight : little to no equipment at home

CUSTOMISED NOTES & COMMUNICATION
– WOD notes written up for you specifically geared towards your goals.
– This will be based on the 3 x main WOD days you choose.
– We want to provide you with as much support as we can while we’re all stuck inside!
BONUS CONTENT
– Nutrition guidance, mindset, staying on track while you’re at home, creating new routines and mobility.

ACCOUNTABILITY & COMMUNITY

PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP
– Please join the CrossFit Hawthorn East Remote Coaching Facebook Group.
– This will be our hub for sharing information and support.
– This will include – daily videos with a WOD brief, demos, exercise substitutions and equipment substitutions.

FACEBOOK LIVE WOD
– Monday to Saturday each week we’ll be hosting a Facebook Live WOD with one of our coaches.
– The Coach will run through the WOD, standards and substitutions before sweating it out with you!
– The video will be saved to the group if you’d like to do the WOD at a later time with the coach.
