MORE ABOUT ROB:
My CrossFit journey started when I was 17. I was involved in an accident and injured my arm. At the time, my college tutor was also a CrossFit Coach and recommended it as part of my recovery. He also knew I was planning on joining the Royal Marines and believed CrossFit would help me achieve my goals. Once I started I was hooked. It was through his advice and coaching that I was able to start training with the Marines. After the Marines I decided to become a CrossFit Coach so I could help other people achieve their goals, as I had done. I began by undertaking a British Weightlifting certificate and then moved onto doing my Crossfit Level 1 certification. I have spent the last year following my dream working full time in a box in England coaching, competing and training. When I’m not coaching, I am working on my own training goal, increasing my own strength. As a coach I like to help people achieve their goals, realise their potential and believe in their own abilities.
