Whether you’re bored with your regular gym, or have never stepped foot in a gym, we adjust the workouts to your current level.

Our CrossFit training is in small groups and we combine the best of functional fitness with HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength movements and cardio training to get you results.

Our new and improved Kickstart program now includes a PT session with our Head Coach and nutritional guidance to support your goals.

Kickstart Commitment:

– Unlimited functional fitness sessions per week for 5 weeks to help tone your body, reduce stress, boost energy levels & reduce your body fat percentage.

Inclusions:
– A Certified Coach for every session to keep you motivated & supported.
– Weekly emails focusing on Certified Coach for every session to keep you motivated & supported.
– A training program that gives you variety, fun & results.
– Small group training so you can enjoy working out with new friends.
– Nutrition guidance to help fast track your results.

Bonus Sessions:
– Weekly Sunday 10am open gym for stretch and mobility sessions to optimise recovery.
– 3 x 60 minute PT sessions to introduce and train each of the foundation movements.

That’s an unlimited amount of sessions over 5 weeks for only $249 ($12.45 a session) plus 3 bonus 60 minute PT sessions with our Head Coach!
