‘4 Week Fitness Kickstart’
Is it time to put yourself first and prioritise your health? Do you want to get fitter, faster & stronger?
Get ready to change your life. We want you to feel amazing, to have fun and to make new friends!
We cater to all fitness levels, everyone is welcome. Whether you’re bored with your regular gym, or have never stepped foot in a gym, we adjust the workouts to your current level.
Our CrossFit training is in small groups and we combine the best of functional fitness with HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength movements and cardio training to get you results.
– 3 functional fitness sessions per week for 4 weeks
to help tone your body or build lean muscle mass, reduce stress, boost energy levels & reduce your body fat percentage.
– A Certified Coach for every session to keep you motivated & supported.
– A training program that gives you variety, fun & results.
– Small group training so you can enjoy working out with new friends.
– Nutrition check to help fast track your results.
– Optional extra workout every Friday 7am for additional coaching & to speed up your progress.
– And Sunday 10am stretch and mobility session to optimise recovery.
That’s up to 20 sessions over 4 weeks for only $99 (less that $5 a session!)
